Hand Breaded Shrimp, deep fried til golden brown and presented in a tortilla bowl. Served with lemon & cocktail sauce.

  

CHICKEN KINDA BLEU
Boneless Chicken Breast topped with thin sliced proscuito, spinach, gruyere cheese and dijon veloute.

  

PARMESAN CRUSTED TILAPIA
Panko Parmesan breaded, pan seared and finished with a lemon beurre blanc.

  

ANDOULLE CHICKEN GUMBO
Andoulle Chicken Sausage simmered in a creole tomato sauce and served over steamed white rice.
 

 

POT ROAST STROGANOFF
Fork Tender Braised Pot Roast blended with a rich mushroom cream sauce and served over egg noodles.

  

CHICKEN CACCIATORE
Boneless Chicken Breast pan seared with sweet peppers & onions, finished with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese.

  

GRILLED BEEF PECANZOLA
(3) 2 oz. Filet Mignon Medallions open grilled, then topped with gorgonzola and finished with pecan bourbon sauce.

 

PAN SEARED COD CAKES
Three Miniature Cod Cakes, pan seared and served with a pear brandy coulis.

  

PASTA PRIMAVERA
Imported Fuscilli Pasta tossed with olive oil, butter, garlic, basil, oregano and fresh mixed vegetables. Topped with asiago cheese.

  

LASANGA
Baked layers of wide noodles, ricotta and asiago cheese, pork, beef and seasonings, served with our tomato sauce.
